Deposit Operations Specialist

Evaluate mobile, remote deposit, and check transactions for accuracy, endorsement, and fraud prevention. Input and verify wire transfers, assist with debit card servicing and dispute resolution, and troubleshoot online banking issues. Review daily reports to identify discrepancies and escalate technical problems as needed. Provide professional support to customers and internal departments via phone and email while maintaining discretion with confidential financial information. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support team and organizational needs. This in-person role at First Capital Bank requires a high school diploma, one year of deposit operations experience, and proficiency with Fiserv Premier applications.
