Job Summary
Balance internal accounts, conduct account research, and process mail, email, and faxed customer verifications. Respond to internal and external customer requests accurately and in a timely manner while supporting ITM internal balancing. Collaborate with subject matter experts within the Deposit Operations department. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This locally owned, community-focused bank helps individuals and businesses reach their financial goals through personalized service and trusted relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training in area of Online Services support
- Previous banking experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbally)
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to use good judgment in making routine and complex decisions
