Job Summary
Process Fed cash letter adjustments, incoming and outgoing, and write-offs for returns while coordinating with the Federal Reserve Bank. Review and reconcile ACH pre-notifications, duplicate items, and IRA paperwork to ensure proper transaction coding. Administer IOLA accounts, manage bill pay, and handle deceased accountholder records including file maintenance and fund reclamation. Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to lower-level specialists and new employees. Collaborate across departments to optimize workflow and communicate pertinent information to the supervisor for reporting purposes. Adhere to all compliance requirements including BSA, AML, and Regulation CC.
