Job Summary
Deposit Operations Representative I performs deposit operations duties and supports internal/external customers via telephone, email, or in person. Responsibilities include assisting with new account processes, evaluating processes to improve efficiency, providing feedback to management on customer issues, maintaining knowledge of applicable banking regulations, and backing up the Deposit Operations and consumer banking teams as needed. The role emphasizes exceptional service, confidentiality, initiative, accuracy, problem-solving, effective communication, and cross-training opportunities. The position is located at one of three Milwaukee-area offices and requires in-person work with a focus on delivering high-quality banking services and supporting overall customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- 2 years of financial industry and 2 years equivalent work experience
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Progressive training and experience with Bank services, general clerical experience
