Job Summary
Deposit Operations Representative responsible for supporting deposit operations tasks, including processing non-posts, stop payments, verifications, return items, overdraft services, and CD/IRA processing; maintaining data integrity, performing end-of-year tax reporting tasks, and assisting with mergers/projects. Requires strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments, train peers, and adhere to regulatory/compliance standards. Office-based role in Hermitage, PA with in-office duties; shift and task variety depending on workload and assignments. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate), and comfort with general office software. The position emphasizes risk management awareness and delivering high levels of customer service to branches, departments, and bank personnel.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least at intermediate/basic levels
