Job Summary
Deposit Operations Representative - Account Management handles customer inquiries, researches and processes deposit-related items (EIM, non-post transactions, overdraft/NSF items, returns), oversees the Courtesy Overdraft Protection program, processes corrections and entries, performs data cleaning and account maintenance, handles foreign currency checks and remittance reporting, processes end-of-year adjustments, supports mobile/remote deposit reviews, and collaborates with Retail Banking and Fraud teams; strong emphasis on customer service, data accuracy, and adherence to bank policies.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma required
- Two plus years of banking experience required
- MS Office proficiency
- ability to maintain confidentiality; with tact and diplomacy
- ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and a significant workload
- professionalism and integrity
- excellent interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented
- knowledge of deposit operations is preferred
- ability to comprehend and develop proficiency with multiple software applications
