Job Summary
Deposit Operations Analyst I responsible for back-office deposit support for members, handling tasks such as Courtesy Pay and Negative Shares, mail processing, legal and research requests, and records retention. Provides member and internal-team support via phone, chat, and email; supports core processing system (Symitar) and cross-team collaboration; ensures compliance with regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and maintains data confidentiality. Role involves responding to inquiries, resolving complex account issues, GL reconciliation, and providing technical support for platforms like Application Extender, Ascensus, Department of Revenue systems, FIS, PASS, Remit, and Symitar. Requires 1 year of financial-institution experience and 1 year of customer service/data/transaction analysis, with strong communication skills and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiency. This is a hybrid in-office/remote position located in Olympia, WA.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in a financial institution
- One (1) year experience in customer service, data and/or transaction analysis
- Computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
