Job Summary
Deposit Initiative Manager leads end-to-end delivery of strategic deposit and debit initiatives across Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB), ensuring alignment to growth, modernization, and client experience objectives while driving execution across product, technology, operations, and risk. Manages projects across deposit products and debit card initiatives, including collaboration with cross-functional teams, client communications, training, document updates, and adherence to regulatory and policy requirements. Requires a college degree and at least ten years in financial services; in-office role five days per week at listed locations (Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Wilson, NC).
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Ten years of financial services work related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software
- Experience with organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
- Maintains sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data and information to provide recommendations with limited oversight
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner at the level necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities
