Job Summary

Conduct daily risk reviews, monitor agreement language, and support the DACA Product Manager with onboarding, billing, and servicing for the Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program. Prepare monthly operational reports, analyze data to identify product gaps, and partner with legal vendors and compliance teams to ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. Resolve ad-hoc issues, manage forecasting and performance metrics, and collaborate with internal technology and third-party partners to develop new client solutions. Work hybrid or fully remote depending on location, ensuring alignment with KeyBank's moderate risk profile and ethical business standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, client resolution, risk management, or legal support (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in a payments/commercial rotational program (required)
  • Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Ability to understand and apply commercial banking principles to drive product success
  • Capacity to align product initiatives with broader business goals
  • Identifies and mitigates risks in product operations and compliance
  • Skill in analyzing data and situations to make informed decisions
  • Effectively works with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, and Product Managers
  • Clearly conveys ideas and information in meetings and presentations
  • Produces clear, concise reports and documentation
  • Uses Excel for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
  • Develops and delivers business presentations to stakeholders
  • Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes based on strategic objectives
  • Understands treasury management, commercial card, merchant services, and FX
  • Familiarity with fraud processes and dispute resolution
  • Monitors market trends and identifies product gaps and opportunities
  • Understands brand rules and ensures alignment (e.g., Mastercard, Visa)
  • Evaluates product impact on client satisfaction and performance
  • Selected candidate resides in KeyBank footprint are expected to work on-site 3 days per week at the nearest KeyBank office (non-branch location)
  • If the selected candidate lives outside of KeyBank's geographic footprint, the position will be considered fully remote
