Job Summary
Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, desk phones, and related IT equipment while providing desk-side support and basic troubleshooting. Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate asset traceability through data entry systems. Receive inbound hardware shipments, restock IT cabinets and vending machines, and ensure safe disposal of retired equipment. Coordinate device deliveries to meet operational deadlines and assist with desk moves, workstation setups, and office support activities. Collect equipment during upgrades and offboarding, monitor ticket queues, and partner with logistics teams across multiple sites. Maintain clean, organized work areas and support operational improvement initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Experience with pallet jack or forklift
