Job Summary
Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, and related IT equipment; provide desk-side support and basic troubleshooting; ensure safe disposal and handling of retired or damaged equipment; manage inventory levels within deployment and logistics scope; maintain accurate asset traceability through inventory and data entry systems; receive and process inbound hardware shipments; perform inventory cycle counts; restock IT cabinets and related areas; support e-waste processing and donation requests; coordinate delivery of devices to meet deadlines; assist with desk moves and workstation setups; collaborate with inventory and logistics teams across sites; maintain audit-ready work areas; support operational improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Experience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
