Job Summary
Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, desk phones, and related IT equipment while providing desk-side support and basic troubleshooting. Manage inventory levels, receive inbound hardware shipments, and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate asset traceability. Ensure safe disposal of retired equipment, restock IT cabinets, and coordinate device deliveries to meet operational deadlines. Collect equipment during upgrades and offboarding, maintain audit-ready work areas, and monitor ticket queues. Partner with logistics teams across multiple sites to support global deployment operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
