Job Summary
On-site Deployment Technician to support hardware/software deployments, imaging devices, configure workstations, assist with migrations, provide on-site user education, troubleshoot network and device issues, coordinate with vendors, and participate in on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support, deployment, or field technician role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment (generally 25–50 lbs) as needed for deployments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
