Job Summary
Own and lead delivery of Wonderful's platform and AI agents for enterprise customers, scoping requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings. Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches while aligning Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs. Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle, then monitor AI agent performance in production to drive follow-up improvements. Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward
- Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

- Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment
