Job Summary
Draft client alerts on new sanctions designations within hours of release and provide same-day guidance for stuck customer traces. Respond to urgent questions and stand up tailored training within days while owning a portfolio of public sector accounts. Serve as the trusted bridge between TRM and government missions, validating crypto traces and guiding analysts through TRM methodology. Maintain D.C. on-site presence and manage rotating on-call shifts covering government business hours, including weekend coverage during major updates. Work with federal agencies, law enforcement, and financial institutions to drive adoption and enablement of blockchain intelligence capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience on the government side as a former LE, IC, or agency analyst, or an embedded contractor
- Hands-on crypto-tracing or blockchain investigative experience
- The ability to validate others on their crypto trace and guide them to the right methodology
- Experience working with government or other high-trust, high-stakes customers
- Experience owning the relationship end to end: driving adoption and enablement, and doing the work that sets up renewals and expansion
- A strong communicator and trainer
- Fluency with AI tools
- The judgment to verify what AI tools produce
- Ability to triage and respond to time-sensitive events within hours
- Ability to work with internal teams for same-day customer support
- Ability to maintain D.C. on-site presence
- Ability to see tangible results of fast, accurate support for government security missions
- Ability to accelerate repeatable workflows using AI
- Ability to structure and solve problems using AI
- Ability to improve output quality using AI
