Deployment Strategist - Switzerland - Global Expansion

Job Summary
Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate biggest pain points around customer-facing and operational workflows. Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms and driving them to close. Embed deeply inside strategic customers as a trusted partner, spending meaningful time onsite and owning delivery outcomes as if part of their team. Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement, collaborate with engineers to bring them to life, and guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents. Scope potential applications in new industries to expand AI solutions globally. Present proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives, collaborate with research teams to feed field insights back into the platform, and build compelling demos. Work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland with a preference for Zurich, including regular travel for customer onsites. Fluency in English and German is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Direct enterprise customer experience
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners
- Basic proficiency in Python
- familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German
- deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances
