Deployment Strategist (Secret Clearance REQUIRED)

Job Summary
Support technical on-site delivery, customization, and maintenance of software products and associated services. Meet with users on-site and virtually to understand critical questions, locate pain points, and engage with workflows to identify relevant datasets. Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into visualization and analysis software, build tailored workflows, and lead training sessions to ensure product adoption. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to apply user feedback for continuous improvement. Diagnose issues in the field, often working directly in the user's environment, while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience using analytical software tools, with an emphasis on data visualization and report development
- Excellent analytic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to learn multiple programming languages for data manipulation to serve client needs
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to integrate new software capabilities to deliver the real difference Semantic AI technologies make in a wide variety of knowledge discovery applications
- Prowess in implementing effective approaches to real-world data challenges and powerful data ingest solutions
- Ability to diagnose issues and solve problems in the field, often working directly in the user's environment
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community, federal law enforcement, private sector and non-profit organizations environments
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and can handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work both as part of a team as well as in a self-directed manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Training experience
- Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apache Velocity, SQL) is a plus.
- Desire to help customers to make more accurate data-driven decisions
- Polished interpersonal and communications skills (written & verbal) in customer-facing situations and team collaboration settings
