Job Summary
As a Deployment Strategist, you will own outcomes rather than tasks, working closely with government and utility partners to understand their operations, pain points, and goals. Your responsibilities include designing solutions with Forward Deployed Engineers, ensuring customer success from implementation to renewal, and translating insights into actionable growth plans. You should possess strong analytical skills, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in roles driving real outcomes—consulting, strategy, implementation, or customer success
- Ability to build systems that work in the real world
- Fluency in data, financial models, and success metrics
- Capability to recognize opportunities for upsell, renewal, and expansion
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

- 5+ years in roles driving real outcomes—consulting, strategy, implementation, or customer success—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or govtech
