Deployment Strategist (Echo)

Own mission success and revenue growth across your assigned portfolio, defining product vision and developing the MVP thesis to align stakeholders and drive investment decisions. Establish weekly team priorities, manage the backlog, and protect the team from scope creep while translating complex problems into ontologies, data pipelines, and AIP chains used in daily operations. Drive sustained user adoption until power users build their own applications, then lead, mentor, and support a team of one to six Forward Deployed Engineers. Identify and resolve technical, organizational, and political obstacles before they affect delivery, collaborating with engineers to create reusable accelerators and training materials. Own the complete delivery lifecycle from onboarding through sustainment, establishing feedback loops to ensure the platform becomes integral to the customer's mission.
