Deployment Strategist - Denmark - Global Expansion

Job Summary
Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals, locate biggest pain points around customer-facing and operational workflows, and synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of product needs and user motivations. Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms including outcome-based pricing and driving them to close. Embed yourself inside strategic customers as a trusted partner, spending meaningful time onsite to own delivery outcomes and collaborate daily with engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production. Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement, collaborate with software engineers to bring them to life, and guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents to maximize adoption. Scope potential applications in new industries to expand AI solutions globally, build compelling demos of ElevenAgents for new and existing customers, and present results and proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Direct enterprise customer experience
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners
- Basic proficiency in Python
- familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Fluency in English and Danish
- deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances
