Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts; lead complex AI deployment projects from kickoff to launch by translating cross-functional business processes into clear deployment priorities, owners, timelines, and success metrics. Partner with FDEs to connect customer goals to technical implementation; lead executive check-ins and cross-functional meetings; manage risks, unblock stalled work, and drive adoption and long-term expansion. Bring enterprise customer learnings back to Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence platform improvements; operate autonomously to define what great enterprise customer ownership looks like across Fortune 500 customers.
