Job Summary
Deployment Strategist to lead customer engagements end-to-end for deploying, customizing, and optimizing generative AI healthcare solutions. Serve as the connector between customers, Sales, and Engineering; own onboarding, design of implementations, and collaboration with Engineering to deliver tailored, enterprise-grade AI solutions. Design, build and manage enterprise-quality AI solutions; lead technical discovery during pre-sales, define feasible integrations, and set realistic expectations. Translate customer workflows into actionable product requirements, shape the product roadmap with engineering and product teams, and deliver high ROI for customers. Requires 2-3+ years in consulting, product, or solutions engineering (or similar) with a proven ability to manage long-term relationships; healthcare experience is a plus (FHIR/HL7, clinical operations, or SaaS-based solutions).
