Job Summary
Lead deployment and expansion at critical customers by training users, defining project requirements, tracking deliveries, and presenting findings to executives. Scope and develop product features in collaboration with engineering teams, leveraging direct customer feedback to drive improvements and new use cases. Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable solutions for early-stage product development. This hybrid customer success and product role supports Treeswift's mission to modernize field work for energy utilities through physical AI, requiring high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and excitement to work in an extremely high-autonomy role in an early stage environment
- Excellent communicator across a wide breadth of stakeholders
- Experience in a highly technical environment, such as software development, robotics, engineering or finance
- Prior experience at a SaaS software company
- Prior experience working with utilities, energy sector or other sectors with large field work component
