Job Summary
Own client relationships end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through deployment and long-term collaboration. Represent Aaru in senior client settings, executing complex, high-quality deliverables independently to translate rough direction into client-ready outputs. Coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track while identifying and scoping new engagement opportunities across industries. Work fully in-person in Singapore within a small, mission-driven team that values ownership and intellectual honesty.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategic operations role at a high-growth startup
- Experience owning workstreams or client relationships
- Self-directed in ambiguity
- Ability to shape an unclear ask into a crisp workstream
- Ability to flag issues early
- Ability to deliver without hand-holding
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work fluently with complex data
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing and in person
- Excitement to work fully in-person
- Genuine curiosity about AI and global affairs
- Location within Singapore or open to relocation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating across multiple countries in the APAC region
- Ability to navigate commercial, cultural, and regulatory differences between markets
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with AI tools and complex software
- Background in technology or engineering
- Experience implementing and executing projects across long timescales
