Deployment Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and training customers on ZOLL’s RescueNet software/hardware in hospital/EMS settings. Activities include on-site or remote training, contributing to Sales Engineering knowledge bases, providing feedback to Marketing/Product Management, and supporting sales efforts by attending trade shows. Travel up to ~75% to install and train across hospital systems; focus on resuscitation applications and integration of software with hardware, with strong emphasis on customer service, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ensure successful deployment of enterprise-wide solutions and assist Sales teams with product adoption and knowledge transfer.
