Deployment Engineer

Job Summary
Deployment Engineer at GeekPlus leads hardware deployment and maintenance of AMR fleets at customer sites, coordinating with project managers, supply chain, and service partners; conducts onsite implementation planning including scope of work, budget, and schedule, performs hardware inspections, SIT/UAT, and performance testing, diagnoses and resolves hardware issues remotely and on-site, and develops trainings for customers, team members, and service partners. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to learn quickly in complex environments, with a focus on warehouse automation hardware and robotics systems.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering; 3-5 years of equivalent industry experience
- PLC programming (preferably with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs) and HMI programming is a plus
- Experience with Robotic Systems is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
