Job Summary
Deployment & Assembly Technician responsible for accurate assembly of products and components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, meeting production quotas, and maintaining workplace safety. Responsibilities include following assembly policies, overseeing assembly flow, interpreting instructions, assembling parts/subassemblies, logging serial numbers in the ERP system, aligning components for QA, using hand tools or machines to assemble/test products, performing QC checks, troubleshooting as needed, maintaining safety and tool condition, and documenting and communicating effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with ticketing systems preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
