Job Summary
Build internal products, automations, and AI-powered workflows that transform operations across sales, R&D, and other functions by embedding with teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship working software. Partner with engineering and product leadership on roadmap success, cross-functional alignment, and modern delivery practices including SCRUM and code reviews. Examine and improve internal tooling, data flows, and processes, while owning tech performance reporting and monitoring. Act as a key change agent to drive adoption of modern AI capabilities and modern ways of working across the organization. This hybrid role requires three days onsite at the Boston, MA corporate office. Candidates must have five or more years of experience as a senior engineer or product leader from a top tech company, with direct hands-on experience building deployed AI functionality within an organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with a senior engineer or product manager background from a top tech company building complex products
- direct working experience of building deployed AI Functionallity or AI Enablement within an organisation
- Strong hands-on building skills
- AI fluency is essential (LLMs, automation, modern AI tooling)
- Dialed into modern engineering and product practices
- Confident operator - you can walk into any function, diagnose what's broken, and drive change
- Strong change management instincts - you can win over skeptical teams and make new ways of working stick
- Comfortable moving between strategy conversations and shipping code in the same week
- This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days onsite our corporate office in Boston, MA
