Department Team Leader

Plan, direct, and supervise team members for day-to-day operations across various store departments. Mentor and coach staff to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded while maintaining store appearance and company standards. Manage staffing, hiring, and succession planning; document disciplinary actions, and oversee P&L, sales targets, and shrink control. Ensure thorough training completion, promote a safe work environment, and deliver courteous service to customers and team members. Requires high school diploma, two to three years of retail experience, and one year of management experience.
