Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently, and working as a team. Supervises truck delivery, trains and mentors staff on merchandising/processing principles, ensures proper tagging/hanging/coding of merchandise, maintains backroom organization, communicates progress to management, drives adherence to labor laws, safety, and store policies, and supports shrink reduction and customer experience through effective leadership and collaboration with management and Associates.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
