Job Summary
Lead the department in a fashion retailer to drive sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsible for omni-channel customer service, maintaining visual and commercial standards per global guidelines, promoting the Hello Member loyalty program, and ensuring accurate front- and back-of-house operations. Manage and develop store team, collaborate with Visual Merchandiser, monitor stock levels and allocation, and uphold procedures for fitting rooms, checkout, returns, exchanges, and compliance with health and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a retail team preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
