Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritizing stock placement on the sales floor, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded while maintaining organizational and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management and the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow. Uphold compliance with labor laws, safety programs, and recycling protocols. Support store shrink reduction goals and credit/loyalty programs. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
