Job Summary
2nd shift Department Supervisor leading distribution center operations, coordinating with managers and other departments to meet production and budget goals; provides training and guidance to associates; identifies and resolves safety, production and communication problems; maintains safety, quality and morale; requires 1-2 years supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel; ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations in a distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds required
- Computer literate. Strong Word and Excel skills.
