Job Summary
Department Supervisor role in a H&M store focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience, driving omni-channel sales, and leading store operations. Responsibilities include supporting customer service, promoting the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, ensuring proper fitting room and checkout routines, maintaining stock and back-of-house processes, upholding fashion knowledge and visual standards, and leading/mentoring the store team with regular communication and collaboration with Visual Merchandiser. Requires entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and ability to manage operations and people in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation is hourly with a base range of $19.22-$22.39 per hour, non-exempt, located in Broomfield, CO, in-person.
