Department Supervisor

Department Supervisor responsible for supporting sales and profit goals in the store by delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring brand-aligned visual and commercial execution. Leads and develops the store team, maintains open communication with colleagues, and adheres to legal requirements and H&M standards. Key duties include promoting customer service, driving omni-channel initiatives (e.g., Hello Member loyalty and sustainability efforts), ensuring proper fitting room and checkout routines, maintaining stock and BOH organization, upholding health and safety standards, and staying informed on fashion trends. The role emphasizes leadership, analytical problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork with Visual Merchandiser colleagues, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve store objectives while preserving brand integrity and a positive in-store experience.
