Department Supervisor/ Full Time

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates process efficiently by training and mentoring staff on established principles, monitoring productivity, and coaching as necessary. Maintain an excellent customer experience by engaging with shoppers, keeping the store clean and organized, and upholding merchandising philosophy and signage standards. Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow, organize back stock rotation, and maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom. Ensure compliance with labor laws, recycling programs, and safety awareness while supporting store shrink reduction goals and credit/loyalty initiatives. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects, and responding to unexpected situations.
