Job Summary
Greet customers, answer calls promptly, and proactively assist with problem-solving while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Manage assigned departments by ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, and maintenance of back stock levels. Perform cycle counts, complete negative on-hand reports, and execute weekly price changes and merchandise resets. Maintain clean and orderly sales floors, stock rooms, and outdoor areas, including operating a forklift with proper training. Communicate store support issues, cost control ideas, and merchandising suggestions to the General Manager. Participate in store meetings and uphold core values of winning, excellence, love, integrity, gratitude, humility, and teamwork.
