Greet customers, answer calls promptly, and proactively assist with problem-solving while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Manage assigned departments by ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, and maintaining back stock levels through cycle counts and inventory management. Keep the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas clean and orderly, including merchandise resets and signage updates. Operate a forklift with proper training and communicate store support issues to management. Complete weekly price changes and monthly cycle counts, ensuring all merchandise presentation remains current and attractive.
