Job Summary
Provide customers with friendly and professional service. Executes the required duties for all areas of the Administration Department by cross-training in as many areas as possible to allow for flexibility within the department, including HR clerical tasks, payroll/benefits, Work Force Management records, onboarding, on-boarding of new employees, OH&S inspections, food safety audits, file maintenance, receiving, inventory, and administrative duties. Demonstrates strong communication, accuracy, and adherence to company standards, with a hybrid work model requiring presence at an office location at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of three months experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Kronos and SAP software
