Department Sales Manager, Softgoods

Lead the Softgoods Department by setting a high standard for customer service, coaching staff on product knowledge, and managing daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising. Partner with the Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets, optimize profitability, and resolve customer issues promptly. Act as Manager on Duty to ensure adherence to store policies, identify workplace hazards, and support recruitment and staff development. Maintain a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team environment while driving results through strong communication and organizational skills.
