Department Sales Lead

Lead assigned department and assist with any issues that may arise. Provide outstanding customer service to our clientele by answering their questions and by recommending the appropriate items to complete customer's projects. In conjunction with the Store Manager, responsible for the operational performance of their assigned department. Assists customers with product information, selection and purchase. Maintains department inventory, including cycle counts, in an effort to maximize sales and inventory turn. Ensures safety at all times. Assists in training department and store personnel in your assigned functions, including sales and customer service techniques. Ensures the appearance of the store’s interior and exterior are maintained to standards. Empowered to direct the work of others by assigning tasks, creating schedules, communicating priorities, and motivating the team. May perform other duties as assigned. Starting wages will be based on years of experience and education.
