Department of OB/Gyn, Physician - OB Hospitalist

Provide comprehensive care to obstetrical and gynecological patients in the hospital setting, managing labor and delivery including vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections. Triage patients, manage admissions and transfers, and evaluate obstetrical emergencies such as postpartum hemorrhage and preeclampsia, while also handling gynecological emergencies like ectopic pregnancy. Perform gynecological surgeries as needed and provide postpartum care and education to new mothers. Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with nurses, midwives, and referring physicians. Deliver 24/7 in-house coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and supervise medical students and residents.
