Job Summary
Provide exclusive inpatient, consultative neurological care as a full-time Neurohospitalist. Interpret EEGs and perform EMG/NCS studies. Deliver quaternary care for complex neurological disorders including stroke, movement disorders, and epilepsy. Work within a multidisciplinary hub at Allegheny General Hospital featuring embedded navigators and behavioral health professionals. Join a team of over 35 neurologists and 80 advanced practice providers serving patients across 16 hospitals in Western Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- Pennsylvania License
- PhD/MD
- Graduate of accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Completion of accredited residency and fellowship if required by specialty
- Current PA MD licensure in good standing
- Current unrestricted DEA certificate
