BC/BE Anesthesiologist sought for a full-time flex/hybrid schedule at a community hospital with academic affiliation (Albany Medical College). The role involves independent overnight coverage within a 7.5-physician/13-CRNA anesthesia team, with a 48-hour weekly obligation consisting of a primary 24-hour shift plus two 12-hour day shifts, and potential for four 12-hour weekdays when fully staffed. The schedule varies by team needs and may include weekends. The position supports a variety of cases including Endo, Ortho, Uro, Vascular, General Surgery, Plastics, Robotics, OB-GYN, GI, IR, and healthy Pediatrics, under MD supervision with CRNAs (1:4 ratio). System-wide Epic EMR is used. Glens Falls Hospital is a 391-bed Magnet-recognized affiliated hospital within the Albany Med Health System. Competitive base salary of $550,000 (experience-based), relocation assistance up to $10,000, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, generous PTO (8 weeks) plus CME, comprehensive AMC benefits, licensure reimbursements, and loan forgiveness up to $100,000 total.
