Job Summary
Direct and coordinate the merchandising of the Tools department, set priorities for distribution of new merchandise, maintain adequate inventory, and assist customers. Manage department team members, provide training, ensure safety, and collaborate with Retail Buyers to communicate product needs; duties include handling customer service, advising on merchandise, and supporting store operations with an emphasis on tools knowledge. Requires ability to work days, nights, and alternating weekends; hourly pay range is $14.00-$16.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Customer Service training and or experience preferred.
