Department Manager - Tools/DIY - Lima, OH

Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned Tools and DIY products, setting priorities for new merchandise distribution and maintaining adequate inventory. Assist customers with purchases while working closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs. Provide training and direction to new department team members, ensuring safety practices are followed during merchandise handling. Manage an irregular schedule including days, nights, and every other weekend. Perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing in a retail environment.
