Job Summary
Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned tools and outdoor power equipment, setting priorities for new merchandise distribution and ensuring adequate inventory. Assist customers with purchases while working closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs. Provide training and direction to new department team members and ensure safety practices are followed when handling merchandise. Manage an irregular work schedule including days, nights, and alternating weekends. Perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing within a retail store environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of tools(Dewalt and Milwaukee)
- High School Diploma preferred
- Customer Service training and or experience preferred
