Department Manager

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional customer service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize goods onto the sales floor, and train associates on established principles. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety programs, and shrink reduction goals while communicating priorities with management. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
