Department Manager Systems Engineering / ILS

Lead a team of approximately 20 specialists with full responsibility for personnel, budget, and financial results within Etteplan's Systems Engineering and ILS/IPS business unit. Drive business development by cultivating long-term customer relationships, managing tenders, and identifying growth opportunities through direct engagement with both existing and new clients. Collaborate closely with consultants, colleagues, and senior leadership to influence the evolution of Engineering Solutions offerings and contribute to regional leadership group initiatives. Manage the overall development of the organization while balancing strategic direction with operational execution. Swedish citizenship is required due to security clearance needs for defense-related customers.
