Job Summary
Department Manager role based in H&M Swords (Pavillions Shopping Centre), 39 hours per week with weekend flexibility. Lead and support the store team to deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain strong operational and visual standards. Analyze sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels. Recruit, onboard, and develop the team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports growth and innovation. Stay informed on store strengths, areas for growth, and local market/customer needs; collaborate with area team, support office, and key business functions to drive store performance.
